Selecting tracks in your DAW

• Open your Pro Tools session and locate the tracks you want to group into a custom print.

• For example, select four tracks you want to print together.

Creating a custom print with a shortcut

• With your desired tracks selected, press Command + Option + C on your keyboard.

• This shortcut instantly groups the selected tracks and creates a custom print in Forte Export.

Creating additional prints

• To create another print (for example, for percussion tracks), select the relevant tracks.

• Use a different shortcut, such as Command + Option + B, to group these tracks into a new print that prints them individually and sequentially.

• Each print is created immediately and appears in your Forte Export print list.

Immediate feedback

• After using the shortcuts, you’ll see both custom prints listed in Forte Export, ready for export.

• This method allows you to create multiple custom prints in seconds, without navigating menus.
